Hi Ladies,
We managed to make it through the first round of our match play Championship with just a few drops of rain. Eagle Harbor was in great shape and we thank them for hosting us. Thanks to Susan Mackert for getting us organized and to Terri Wensell for her help in getting us checked in. Deborah Eady and Dot Peck did their usual outstanding job with scoring.
Congratulations to Claudeen Lindberg for her Hole in One on 15!! Way to go Claudeen!! The Match Play ladies fought hard today with the following winning their matches: Susie Fonde, Tian Jones, Chris Hunt, Tama Caldabaugh, Kathleen Walker, Chris Karbowski, Mary Poole, Sue Riegler, Dot Peck, Debra McDermott, Caryn Kasik and Debbie Somes. Those who did not win their matches will battle it out in the consolation rounds at Bent Creek and Eagle Landing. In our NIT division, Kim Bruce shot an impressive round of 77. Congratulations to everyone! Check out our full results on the weekly results page.
For our not in tournament players, signups are still open for the 2nd and 3rd rounds of our championship at Bent Creek and Eagle Landing where you will compete in a low gross-low net event provided we have at least 9 players. If we don’t have 9 NITs, you are still welcome to play but there won’t be a game.
Sign-ups open for the following events:
