It was a gorgeous day at Jacksonville Golf and CC to begin our Championship this year! Thanks to Adrienne Whitman for all her hard work in coordinating this event and setting up the day. And thanks to Betty White for assisting with sign in for the day! As always, thanks to the Staff at JGCC…they did a great job in getting us on the course and handling lunch after! We appreciate all their efforts!
It is a tight race as Tama Caldabaugh and Therese Quinn are tied for the lead in the Championship Division with impressive scores of 79, followed closely by Susie Fonde, Jody Clark and Kim Bruce.
Three Players tied for low gross today…Tama Caldabaugh, Claudeen Lindberg and Therese Quinn… all shot 79. So the Medalist will be determined by a two day cumulative total after next week’s round. Good Luck Ladies!

After golf at Eagle Harbor, there will be a ribbon cutting ceremony at Challenge Enterprises to officially open the JWGA showcase honoring the history of our organization and highlighting our retired trophies. We hope you will join us at this special event.
