We were treated to a fun day of golf at St John’s GC. The sky was blue streaked with white cumulus clouds, resulting in a beautiful day. Our greeters and check in crew of Mary Ellen Bear, Cindy Peterson and Carol Paula deserve a big thank you. We would also like to thank the management for setting up the course for ease of play from the different markers.
The game for today was “quota” and was a different but fun format. Our winners for today were:
Flight 1 – 1st Place Lenore Allen, 2nd – Sherry Gruden and 3rd – Nancy Marshall
Flight 2 – 1st Place Cindy Peterson, 2nd – Dana Lach and 3rd – Janelle Miller
Flight 3 – 1st Place Betty White, 2nd – Kathleen Walker and 3rd Adrienne Whitman
Congratulations to all of our winners.
If you have not signed up for our next event the Anniversary Tournament registration is still open. This is our 99th and we will not be having a meeting but still celebrating the occasion @ WGV Slammer and Squire. This is followed by the Sarah Shelly Tournament to be played over three weeks. If you can’t commit to all three days you can play as a NIT at the venues and sign ups are open for each course.
Enjoy the rest of your week
